Claims Center
We’re sorry if you’ve had an accident or suffered a loss. This is exactly why you have insurance – to protect you when something unfortunate happens. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.
Should you file this claim?
If anyone was injured, anyone other than you was involved, or anyone’s property besides your own was damaged, the claim must be reported to your insurance company. Otherwise, you won’t have the insurance policy to protect you from a possible lawsuit. Your policy requires timely notice to an insurance company so they can investigate the details.
There are, however, situations where it makes sense to not file a claim. Keeping your insurance record clean will probably keep your rates down.
If this is a consideration, read this special report before you make a decision.
I need to file a claim
As your independent agent, we’ll do our best to make your claim experience a smooth one.
- To begin, please call us and tell us about your claim. If anyone was injured, anyone other than you was involved, or anyone’s property besides your own was damaged, the claim must be reported to your insurance company. We will connect your call to them, so you can provide details about the claim. Your company will provide us with your claim number and adjuster, so we can keep tabs on the process.
- After your claim has been finalized, we will follow up with you to ask about your experience and make sure you were treated well.
If you think you’re being treated unfairly, need advice along the way or want to share your positive experience with us, please let us know! We’re always here for you.
